2. Trademark Protection

The following are registered or common law trademarks of Aditya NexgenTechnologies Pvt. Ltd.:

• Soulivo™ — brand name and platform identity
• Aditya NexgenTechnologies™ — company trade name
• Soulivo Logo — the Soulivo wordmark and logo design
• "Talk, Heal & Feel Better"™ — brand tagline

You may not use, reproduce, imitate, or register any name, mark, or logo that is identical or confusingly similar to any of the above without prior written authorization from Aditya NexgenTechnologies Pvt. Ltd.

3. Logo & Design Protection

The Soulivo logo, visual identity, color scheme (hot pink, purple, teal, and peach), UI/UX design patterns, and overall look-and-feel of the Soulivo platform are protected as artistic works under copyright law and constitute trade dress under Indian and international law.

Specifically, you are prohibited from:

• Copying, modifying, or redistributing the Soulivo logo in any form
• Using the Soulivo brand colors or design language in a way that implies affiliation
• Creating derivative works based on Soulivo's UI design
• Using the Soulivo name or logo on competing or similar services
• Reverse-engineering or replicating the platform's design for commercial use

4. Software & Technology

The Soulivo mobile and web application, including all underlying source code, algorithms, databases, application programming interfaces (APIs), and technical architecture, is proprietary software of Aditya NexgenTechnologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright and trade secret laws.

Unauthorized copying, decompiling, reverse-engineering, or distribution of the software is a criminal offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Copyright Act, 1957.

5. Content on Platform

All original content created by Aditya NexgenTechnologies — including marketing copy, blog posts, help articles, healer onboarding materials, and promotional media — may not be reproduced or published elsewhere without explicit written permission.

User-generated content (e.g., healer profiles, session notes) remains the property of the respective user but is licensed to Aditya NexgenTechnologies for platform operation purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Permitted Use

You may share links to the Soulivo platform on social media or websites. You may use the Soulivo name in a factual, non-misleading context (e.g., "I use Soulivo for counseling") provided you do not imply official affiliation or endorsement.

↩️ Refund Policy

Wallet Recharge

All wallet recharges are non-refundable once processed. However, your wallet balance never expires and can be used for any session on Soulivo.

Call Sessions

If a technical issue on our end causes a call to disconnect within the first 2 minutes, you will receive a full refund of the charges for that session to your Soulivo wallet.

Eligibility for Refund

• Technical failure on Soulivo's platform
• Healer did not join the call
• Duplicate payment charged
• Unauthorized transaction on your account

Non-Refundable Cases

• Sessions completed as expected
• User disconnected the call
• Poor network on user's end
• Change of mind after session

How to Request

Email soulivosupport@gmail.com with your registered phone number, transaction ID, and reason for refund. We process refund requests within 5-7 business days.
